- CAPPING-ASSEMBLING MACHINE MODEL FC7C
It is an automatic compact MONOBLOCK, and is very flexible.
It has been designed as simple monoblock, mechanical movements, easy use and maintenance for capping the container or assemble 2 or more pieces together.
For example, we designed and produced machine to assemble: - dental cartridge (carpule) with needle and/or finger grip
- container (plastic jar) with cap for analysis
- padded wooden swabs + cap + tube for analysis testing bacteria.
The standard machine includes:
- Container feeding and discharge by conveyor or tray.
- Special system designed to handle the bottles.
- Automatic closures feeding and placing onto bottle.
- Automatic capping station.
- Safety guards with interlock micro-switches at doors.
- Strong and solid machine frame, adjustable in height and provided of feet with pads.
- Driving group with adjustable speed.
- Electrical plant with control panel and suitable controls.
