- FILLING AND CAPPING MACHINE MODEL FC7-300
This model is an automatic compact MONOBLOCK with a small footprint to accommodate our costumers that have limited floor space. It has been designed for having the monoblock features in a reduced room.
The standard machine includes: - Container feeding and discharge by conveyor or tray.
- 16 station (or 32 for double indexing) star wheel designed to handle the bottles.
- Automatic filling system.
- Automatic closures feeding and placing onto bottle.
- Automatic capping station.
- Safety guards with interlock micro-switches at doors.
- Strong and solid machine frame, adjustable in height and provided of feet with pads.
- Driving group with adjustable speed.
- Electrical plant with control panel provided of display for messages and suitable controls.
